The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. 299bat does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 299bat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳10,000. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before submission. 299bat will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable technical error occurred on the platform's side.

For sports betting, in the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 299bat's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules, which are published in the help section of the platform. For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — where the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method is applied, settled results will reflect the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.

For casino games and slots provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, the rules of each individual game govern play and take precedence in the event of any dispute regarding outcomes. All content on the 299bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, icons, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of 299bat or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the 299bat platform or its content without prior written consent from 299bat. Unauthorised use of 299bat's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299bat and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 299bat platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, network interruptions, or downtime outside 299bat's direct control.

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, which is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 299bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
